When selecting a gift, you can choose to have it delivered to the Encore Realty office by putting the address in the "Initial Delivery Address" field.
The "Home Anniversary" gift would be scheduled to be delivered a year after the closing. We will notify you when the gift is shipped to your client with all the delivery details.
